The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, coffe-machine, toaster, backing oven and a cutlery, as well as everything elese what you might need for preparing a meal.
In one of two bedrooms there are double beds, whereas in the second one there are two single beds. Alltogether the villa offers accomodation for at least 4 grown-up people.
The whole building is surrounded with white walls which protect you from wind, when relaxing in the pool. The pool-terrace is equipped with deck chairs and sunshades.
With a car, which you can park directy in front of the apartment, you need 5 minutes to reach the dream-like beach of Famara. it is a perfect destination for kite surfers and wave riders. The viewpoint Mirador del Rio, the fishing village La Santa or the oldest city on the island Teguise are also within a few minutes reachable, when driving a car.
As one of the main attractions, you are offered a trip to one of the smallest Canarian islands called La Graciosa.
Position and Environment
What is really spectacular and unique about this villa, is its completely isolated position in a secluded landscape between the Famara beach and the fishing village La Santa. You approch the villa when walking approximately 1 mile on a private private pathway ( which is there for only you to use). The only company you have is the light breeze and the ocean waves, everything else is absorbed in absolute silence.
The villa stands completely alone in the landscape which relaxes your body and soul from the moment you arrive. The nearest neighbourhood is about 500 meters away. So, there are no neighbours who could be upset because of loud music or who could cast a curious glance to your pool.
Just a few meters away, you will find a 100 meters high vulcano cone, around which you can take a long walk. Few hundred meters further, you can enjoy a small and only to locals know beautiful beach.
Lanzarote: with a car (parking ability in your own garage or in the driveway), you need 5 minutes to reach the dream-like beach of Famara, which is a perfect destination for kite surfers and wave riders. This villas in puerto calero lanzarote is similarly equipped but is spread on 1 level. The villas are on opposite sides of the same street. All this along with a large heated swimming pool and sun terraces with built in BBQ should make this a holiday to remember.
In the rear corner of this Villa Puerto Calero, you will find a well equipped barbecue area. You can access it through the rear exit or through the area of the swimming pool. Here you will find a stone oven and a sitting room suite where the whole occupation of the house can find a place (8 people).
It is affiliated with the little garden, which is grown over with palms and even banana plants – if you come at the right time, you might even be able to pick a banana for the first time.

So you are shielded completely from noise, curious eyes and other interferences. This way, you can concentrate completely on the essence of your holidays: for example relaxing in the sun and turning on the barbecue right near the pool.

These two beautiful holiday homes are situated in the more quiet part of Puerto Calero, about 100 metres away from the prestigious marina with its homely restaurants and shops.
The house is on a scarcely frequently road in one of the noblest residential area of Puerto Calero. From the street (where you will always find a parking space), one arrives to the holiday house through an entry area of about 30 metres. In front of the door, there is a little area, framed by tropical plants, with a cosy bench in the
